Just wanted to pick up some meatballs and sauce to bring home to serve with dinner. They put sauce in a Styrofoam container... (which doesn?t seal) and handed to me in a paper bag. I got in my car, sat it down on the seat and proceeded to drive home.Sauce went all over. I called to recommend they not do that to anyone else. A standard diner with a great menu. Quite friendly staff as well! The quality is a huge hit or miss though. Avoid lunch rushes... if you don?t want to end up with burnt food. Read more
The first time I ordered from here, I ordered a chicken salad wrap. When I brought my food home it was 100% a tuna wrap. They... claimed they ?tried to call me? but I never got a phone call. As someone who has worked years in food service, wouldn?t you swapchicken salad for a different wrap containing chicken instead incase someone has an allergy or highly dislikes tuna? I decidedto try this place one more time because it?s the only diner around and I regret it. I ordered a chicken souvlaki sandwich (seepictured) It was COVERED in grease and had cooked diced tomatoes and peppers on it?souvlaki has cold lettuce and cold tomatoes,not greasy sautéed peppers and tomatoes. Along with that, the tzatziki sauce cup was inside the container and it was so hotfrom the food it curdled and almost exploded everywhere. Came highly recommended. Our first attempt came when the owner closed for the 1st time since opening. Glad we came... back! Located on a quiet industrial like road with newer upgrades; striping, bikelanes, paving etc. Surface parking lot as wellas area street parking. Stopped in for a specific type of breakfast meal and they nailed it! Owner on site, mix of clienteleincluding law enforcement, students, old friends and locals. Read more
Usually I liked this place it was a good place to eat and all. But recently I had made a grub hub order which the sandwich came... out dry they added no Mayo which I marked down to add Mayo etc, the bread was hard and the steak and cheese was cold. I hadcalled and supposedly a guy named Lincoln said I can get two free subs on the house whenever I wanted now their saying hedoesn?t work their at all never did . Which also Joanne is another liar too and gives very bad attitude ! Oh and here are somephotos, let me know if you guys would eat this yourselves.
