placed an order and it never got delivered. and when i called to find out why the order was never delivered and they said they?d... send him back out. and after another hour we called back and just canceled and asked for a refund. the employees and managerdodged us for days about the refund. it never got issued. hands down the worst dominos i?ve ever ordered from. Worst ever DOMINO?s branch ever. I?ve ordered on 8:00pm. The pizza was ready by 8:15. And they were doing quality check for... almost 45 minutes. On 9:00pm I got the message that the delivery guy is on the way and it will arrive by 9:40. And when I calledthem they didn?t reply well. And they were more focused on their internal conversation. Pizza was extremely dry. As well the pan pizza is made with a certain amount of cheese which this pizza did not have. Very... disappointed doubt I would order from this establishment again. This is not the first time either. Ask for pizza uncut itclearly says it! Read more
Paid money for them to bring me school lunch pizza. I can't trade it in nor get a refund just because my family tried one slice.... The pizza was cold, stiff and barely had any cheese/sauce. Now I have to throw the entire thing away and figure out what to dofor dinner. Waste of money Read more
The food is fine but the delivery drivers have the nerve to ask for tips I deliver packages es for a delivery company and I have... never asked for tips from my customers and I deliver items up to 150 pounds and these drivers only deliver food probably no morethat?s 15 pounds. And the killer is if you tip them and they think it?s not enough they will tip themselves specially if yousign the receipt they will put the amount they want. My order from the first time to the last 1. Pick up, Got the order completely Wong despite it only being 2 things 2. Delivery,... Driver decided to tip himself and I only found out about it cause the manager of the restaurant called my phone number and askeddid I tipped 20$ on a 29$ order. 3. Delivery, and this one is my favorite. They robbed me, they some how charged me, cancel thecharge, then Charge me twice for the same order. OMG OMG OMG Mild Buffalo Wings Smelled SO BAD. What in the hell is this smell? It so gross. The honey bbq wings were fine but... these mild Buffalo ones smell horrific.
