Worst Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been to!!! My latte was awful. She gave me the wrong bag of food after a long wait, and I... had my hands in that first bag, which they are going to give to the next person. Then I asked for a straw for my kid's icedlatte and she said she gave me one, with an attitude, but it was in the first bag of wrong food, so I gave it back toher. WORST DUNKIN EVER!! Read more

Terrible service. They don?t deserve a minimum wage of $14. There?s about 7 workers in the store. No one takes orders inside and... the line for the drive thru is ridiculous. I?ve worked at a Dunkin? for years and it?s not a hard job. They are always on theirphones or standing around talking. They can never get orders right. How do you mess up a plain bagel with butter? My drinks are fine but there is usually an extended wait in the drive thru and the staff members are not kind/personable and... lack manners. You say "thank you" and they say nothing and close the window. Read more

Had to go to another location because of terrible service here. The employee didn't acknowledge us when we came in. He was alone... and there were literally 5 donuts on display, rest was EMPTY at 4:15 pm. When tried to order he told me he couldn't take it onthe front register and couldn't pay in cash so we needed to use the kiosk. (He was indeed using the drive thru one that wasliterally 5 ft away). Seeing his unwillingness to work, we left. On the other hand the 500 Foxon Dunkin was a WHOLE DIFFERENTexperience. They neither had the front register open but the lady took our order on the drive thru one and were able to pay thatway. I have the app but my friend was inviting me and she wanted to use cash hence our desire to walk in. Since when a customercan't order and pay in the method they choose? Makes me wonder: ???? what if someone has a disability and needs to have a humanto human transaction, will they be turned away the same? Read more
Drive thru line for a coffee and donut 20 minutes. Coffee tasted like sewage water. Threw it out. Never going back there a good... again. Close it down period. Read more
