This is the WORST DUNKIN EVER. Constantly giving the wrong orders, don?t look at the receipt, seen first hand giving them back... my wrong food and they give it directly to others instead of making a new order. Don't waste your time. Make the trip up past SCSU, and go to the DD that's in the same plaza as Jane Beauty Supply. The person... waiting on me at the drive-thru seemed impatient when she was taking my order. I was very clear about wanting a MEDIUM HOTCARAMEL CRAZE LATTE. She seemed irritated that I took a few seconds longer to be clear about what I wanted. She never gave me mytotal - she just said, "Pull up." When I pulled up, she and a second employee were actually going back-and-forth about whatdrink I ordered. Once again, I said MEDIUM HOT, but she was so self-assured - and busy talking with someone at the indoorcounter about how much she liked what he'd done to his house - she didn't fully process what I said. Since she liked *him*, sheabandoned her responsibility to finish *my* order, and quietly said she'd take *his*. Nice. The second employee came back to thewindow with a COLD LATTE. I corrected her, but the original employee insisted she swore she heard me say COLD LATTE. I onceagain said "I said MEDIUM HOT when I pulled up...back there." It was a third male employee who finally handed me a MEDIUMHOT. At that point, the attitudes were so wretched, and the service so poor, I wondered if there might be human spittle in mywhipped cream. Folks, attitude in customer service is EVERYTHING. It was a simple order with absolutely no curveballs. Stopacting as if having a job serving the public is an inconvenience to you. One week ago; We thought they were closed!! We drive up to the window only to see a young man running away from the drive-thru... window up to two other guys laughing. They then had the audacity to pretend we were invisible. My husband goes inside, the guysfall silent, stare and do nothing. A young lady explains the donuts on display(not in encasing) are all they have. Waving awaythe flies. We got the heck outta there. Just because it's in a predominantly low-income neighborhood, doesn't mean all thepeople close, around or near you deserve low quality food and service. Choose better management and staffing before theircarelessness leads to much, much worse. Show these folks you care about your business!! Read more

Burnt dry croissant. Forgot the hash browns. Yesterday my sandwich the cheese was literally cold not melted. And the bagel was... practically raw. Been going here for months and it was always top notch. Hope this isnt because of new management Read more

I especially love the location of this branch of Dublin? Donut. The place is sparkling clean and there?s enough room for you to... park your car. The staffers are very helpful and polite. This branch of Dunkin? Donut is very close to the road and can beeasily seen from a car in normal traffic. There?s also wheelchair accessible entrance and parking for the differently able. Read more
