The blueberry muffins toasted with butter were great but the coffee that was supposed to be hazelnut ended up being pumpkin... spice and so when i waited back in line for another 10 minutes to trade it back in for the correct flavor they told me they wereout of hazelnut and currently brewing more if i wanted to wait another few minutes and wanted to know what was wrong with thepumpkin spice that i wouldn't just drink that to witch i replied that wasn't what i wanted or ordered and they could have toldme they didn't have any brewed instead of just forcing whatever else was lying around on me as if that was somehow anappropriate protocol for when my origional ordered flavor was currently unavailable. The manager is completely rude to customers and employees. Should really learn how to actually talk to people. The manager cant... try and make her own rules, should report them to state. I once saw a teenager working till 12, i came in at 11 something andgave her a 5 dollar tip because i wouldnt have wanted that to be my kid. Read more
I go out of my way to get to this Dunkin every day. They always make the coffee perfectly, the food is always fresh, and the... staff is always friendly. The 5-10 minute wait is always worth it; they're busy because its New Haven's favorite Dunkin. Read more
This Dunkin? Donuts location is part of a gas station convenience store and is much smaller then most locations in my opinion.... When I was their there was only one person working not sure if that?s how it is all the time but it made the service slower thenusual. The person that was working was very nice and skilled with the machines thou. Read more

It clearly says that the store closes at 8pm. When I get there at 7:35pm the person working ignores me standin there for about 5... minutes or so an then snudely says "we're closed" the signs says 8pm. She replies "I dont care what the closing says, we areclosed" Read more
