The staff were messing around behind the counter and not paying attention to me when I wanted to order. I ordered a cranberry... muffin and when I opened my bag, it was dark brown and practically burnt. I tried to eat it and it was disgusting. I love Dunkinand go almost everyday to the same one but was in a different area today. I?ll never go back to this one. Read more

Not great quality control at this location. Orders are frequently screwed up either when ordering in person or on the app. ... Workers clearly hate being here and the manager / owner seems to be a monster with signs up everywhere behind the counterleaving angry and controlling messages for his employees. Don't support this location. Don't go here if you can at all avoid it.There are other Dunkin's within walking distance (York St is good) that you should visit instead. Worst experience ever. Super understaffed. Usually I never have an issue when this younger lady is working but lately I?ve been... encountering only this other gentleman who does not care at all about making everyone wait while he slumps around the placekicking cups that have fallen on the floor and not caring to pick them up. Management needs to do something about him because heis so rude and has a horrible attitude. No one?s forcing him to work there, don?t understand why he?s still there if he hates itso much. Read more

This location used to suck. The staff had a bad attitude, and my drink was always wrong. However, the new employees are great,... with the exception of the older gentleman who's always miserable. They've really turned things around all things considered. Read more
