Worst chili?s and dining experience ever. Waited 20 minutes for first waitress, she finally took our drink order and appetizers... and then disappeared. Had to ask another waitress to get our waitress and another waiter showed up. Took another 30 minutes forhim to take our dinner order. After 45 minutes we asked if it would be out soon to be told it hadn?t been started yet due tosome technical issue that he never noticed. It was 1:45 minutes before we got our food order. Gave it a shot twice. Both times the Buffalo wings didn?t have any Buffalo sauce on them. Should have just ordered naked... wings. The other flavors were ok, but I like Buffalo. Without sauce, very disappointing. Read more
Couldn?t find the place. I was looking for a sign that said ?It?s Just Wings?. Not ?Chili?s ?. Not real happy with a 20 percent... tip to walk-in to ?Chili?s ? and pick up my food. What a deal. Ranch wings were dry inside and out. Read more
so I ordered on doordash and you are better off going in person because when I opened my meal you can tell just by looking its... been sitting, very cold, very stale when bit into. I?m disappointed as well because I asked for buffalo wings they were dry Ihad to add my own hot sauce. I never got my ranch. My curly fries are very dark not yellow soft but crunchy and old with nocheese. I will not get from here again especially when I called and they wouldn?t even let me reach out to the manager knowingfor sure how badly they did. Read more
Very disappointing. I stood at the to-go area for 6 minutes until I was greeted, when I was handed my food I noticed the bag and... box were both open and I just knew it was going to be cold. Not only was it indeed cold but my boneless wings weren?t even thecorrect flavor. Not a good first experience at all. Read more
