Overpriced, like everything downtown. The rest is fine
Have been coming here for roughly 15 years. The owners and atmosphere are very friendly and I get a feeling of nostalgia for me... because it reminds me of my local five and dime growing up in Boston. Morning sandwich and coffee combo for $5.25 (tax included) is great value for those looking for a quick breakfast. I have... experienced under-cooked meat from the self-serve lunch which was disheartening. Otherwise a decent corner store for quick food. Read more

Was in New Haven and could not find healthy groceries like Greek yogurt and berries. This place is just what I was looking for.... Its a grocery and deli in one. Read more
Not expensive compared to the rest of New Haven. Sandwiches are rather small for a deli though.
