Eh. Buy yourself a couple NY strip steaks at the store and learn how to cook them just as good for the same price of 1 at Jacks.... If I go again I’ll try a pasta dish. Baked potato was good. New Haven, over rated and ridiculous, not a fan. However, some ok restaurants. We got 6 oysters, $3.50 each. Very good!! Tasted... like the perfect snot with cocktail sauce and Tabasco sauce, yummy!! Read more
We came on memorial day at 4pm as a group of seven and the whole experience was wonderful. Our 300$ tab came with 20% tip... already included but we left more because we really enjoyed the service, the food and the vibe. During our 3hr visit, we hadstaff come to check on us in a well paced manner. All my guest ate their food without struggling or craving more. We got apitcher of sangria and other of mojito. Each covers five glasses and they were strong enough worth the 40$ each. Our serversuggested us to get the pitchers and he was right! Only thing I wish I knew is that the grilled octopus portion is very tiny soimagine eating a bag of cheetos for 18$ So if you have big appetite its better to stick with the short rib 32$ or the burgersmaybe the pastas too Read more
Wanted to do this while it was still fresh… My wife and I went here to celebrate our 12 Year Anniversary and I feel like we... couldn’t have picked a better restaurant. The food was awesome but the highlight of the evening was after the main course.Bryce was our server, and outside of him providing an amazing service, he turned into my partner in crime when I asked him toplace my wife’s new rings on a plate so that I could ask her to marry me again. Not only did he spring into action, thehostess recorded it for us and their entire team brought the dessert and the ring plate over to our table. Checked them out for Surf and turf Tuesday and the food was delicious. 45 dollars for steak and lobster , first course included... a choice of mussels , clams and salads and desert was great along with complimentary champagne. I haven’t seen a review aboutthis but this is the perfect place for date night. The ambience is great , the server was attentive and the food was delicious.5 star deserved. Read more
