Wow.. just wow. I ordered the easiest thing ever.. Black Coffee. They gave me Coffee with cream and let them know that it's... supposed to be Black Coffee... just two ingredients.. the cup and the coffee.. the remake... after i drove off thinking thatthey fixed it, had a ton of sugar in it. I didn?t eat here so can talk about the food but if u need to go the bathroom I would go here. I hate public bathrooms... especially for 2nd options but it was clean. Which is more than what I can say about most Macdonald bathrooms. Read more
This particular location on Ferry St.in NewHaven leaves people wondering if the employees even know what they are doing... there.Service is horrible after they spent tons of money for renovations.Unfortunately, employees have the I don't careattitude.I would imagine that there can't be very many satisfied patrons coming here.There are so many fast food places tochoose from and people will find places that offer good fast food with much better employee attitudes willing to serve insteadof hinder. Fries were crisp in a bad way, it sat under the lamp for longer than it should be. Had asked us at the second window what are... order was 5 times, and waited 20 minutes for just a soda. My husband had to then go inside and get it himself. I JUST orderedan ice coffee. A large frie and Diet Coke for my wife. Absolutely the worst fast food. This location has to be one of the worst in Connecticut. How do you expect to make more money if you cant even put the food in... the bag and just hand people a large coke in a giant bag?! You French Fry Freds and Burger Billys need to get your jobs rightbefore complaining about pay rates. Well I took a friend out for breakfast we got our food to go cause we wanted to relax on the cpuch and pig out we ordered two... steak and cheese biscuit sandwiches and two hash browns two coffees and a small o.j, cool the cashier was friendly she took ourorder like she was suppose to smiling ,no attitude at all,however she way over charged me she charged me for a bagel 12.60$ forone sandwich, and she charged me for the second right sandwich which was alottttt cheaper,on top f that through bag was a nicesize bag but my own fault for not checking I didnt get my two hash browns but I got charged for it when I get my next breath I'mgoing back and fix this cause customer was not happy at all Yvonne.R Read more
