Probably one of the best McDonald's I went to in Connecticut. We were able to order quickly and we got our food in a timely... manner. Big Mac tasted great and so did the fries. There weren't many people there but it was a good experience overall. If I'mever in the area, I will stop by! Read more

I visited on 07/06/22 @ 4:46pm and placed an order through drive thru. The employee, Sidel (KS#13) was very rude and... unprofessional taking my drive thru order. Once I got to the window, he talked very slow and his voice was extremely low where Icouldn't hear what he was saying. He seemed very annoyed and aggravated when I'd asked him to repeat my order. He also chargedme an extra 30 cents for sauce that I did not want nor asked for. In addition to the poor customer service and long drive thrulines, I saw rats roaming around the premises. I will NOT eat here ever again or any other franchise for that matter!Disgusting. Read more
Terrible service the manager was so rude and as a McDonald?s worker myself this painted us in a bad light we were yelled at for... asking for things we paid for. We came at a busy busy time so there was a bit of a wait. Our food however, was fresh and both of our special orders were made... correctly. They were also stocked with plenty of condiments such as napkins and straws.
