Came here for dinner one evening and found a new fave! Started off with the spicy beef dumplings and they were sublime! Nice... kick off to my dinner which was the Pho Tai. Probably the best I have ever had! The lady bartending was our server as well andshe knocked it out of the park. A true 5-star establishment with a great modern vibe. Love it and will be back! Went for happy hour and had a great time! Got both the pork belly baos and the miso beef ramen from the happy hour menu and both... were delicious. Also got thai boba tea and strawberry fruit tea. Great service and greater food- would recommend! Read more
Love this noodle bar. Hip music playing and great pho! I had a pork belly boa bun and beef pho. Both were extremely flavorful.... The pork belly was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It was tender and paired well with the toppings. The pho was great. The brothwas flavorful, beef tender and overall provided that comfort that pho gives. The place itself is a hip atmosphere playing a lotof old school hip hop. Community tables and great vibes. I?ll definitely be back. Read more
The ramen here is as advertised. I asked for extra cha shu, menma, egg, corn and seaweed. The soup is rich and delicious. Really... glad that New Haven has this gem of a restaurant. Update: Made a second visit here. I basically ordered the same thing. Love ithere. Wish portions were bigger, but still delicious. Read more
Can I say hip? Music constantly playing at a decent volume very active crowd mostly college students. Our service was great our... server was wonderful. Our pho was hot and fresh and tasty, the drinks actually contain this thing called alcohol ???? I got thechicken and the added tofu my wife got the sizzle which had pieces of steak. We loved the KFC bun - the pickled radish and carrots worked really well with the chicken and the spicy mayo was a great pairing... too. I didn?t really like the general tsos shrimp because the sauce tasted like sweet chili sauce. The tonkatsu broth was good -I loved the tea egg it was so soft and melts in your mouth. The noodles were not my preference and a bit overcooked but it wasstill pretty good. The interior is also really pretty but I was a bit confused why there was Chinese designs for a Japanese andVietnamese restaurant. The service was also really great. I don't have to say much to say how great a food spot this is! Simply put, amazing customer service and flavorful food options.... We ordered dumplings, BAO buns, chicken wings and three different ramen bowls and it was all delicious down to the last bite(that we brought home in to go containers!). The space is small but we managed three adults and twin babies. Staff wasaccommodating and gave us a spot to stick the stroller while we enjoyed our food. We will be back for more! Read more
I wanted to go here for long time but it always had waiting time when I went there. Finally could get to have lunch here... yesterday. Absolutely loved it!! I had mushroom bao & tofu dish. My partner had ribs! Everything was tasty! Even the lemonhibiscus soda was great. I will go back to have cocktails sometime. Highly recommend this place ! Ambience is cool! Read more
