After several tries of allowing p&m to redeem themselves I have found myself at a breaking point. I ordered two Cobb salads with... chicken; one with extra chicken and with blue cheese dressing on both. Around 1pm in the afternoon no chicken was put on mysalad and ranch dressing was used. This was all after I had to remind staff about my order that was never made from over 40minutes. Last week i phoned in an order and when i got there the staff told me the kitchen was closed so i never received myfood. Please do better P&M and staff. I know your food is good but communication has to be better. Read more

Love that this place is local to New Haven for a quick bite. They make quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. I enjoyed... their breakfast sandwiches (Sausage, egg and cheese on a roll) and their lunch options (Italian Combo) as I am at work. I love the food at P&M market, but there is one major flaw in their online ordering system. I ordered online and received a text... message that I would receive another text when the order is complete. 5 minutes later I received a text that the order wascomplete, so I went in to pick up my order. When I arrived, I waited for 20 minutes. I asked a worker about the wait, and hesaid that the system just sends an automatic message 5 minutes after the order notifying the customer that the order iscomplete. I don't mind a long wait to prepare the food; I get that they are very busy. But you can't tell me the order is readyif the order isn't ready. If someone at P&M sees this and fixes the online ordering system, I will gladly change this to a 5star review. Read more
