The pizza is pathetic. Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. The attached images are supposedly of a speciality pizza... (fiery buffalo chicken), worth 22 bucks value. But there is no buffalo sauce, hardly any chicken, so less cheese that you cansee the pizza dough base and very thin pizza base. It tastes just as terrible as it looks. The store manager is very rude, madeno attempt to resolve the issue unlike other pizza companies, slammed the phone after saying that they can't do anything and tocontact the app from where it was ordered. Very unprofessional. Will not be ordering food from Papa John's again. The storedenied refund. This is run by people, who traditionally, do not have good reputation. Watch video. You will understand. I ordered two pizzas with no cheese for carryout, only to get home and realize they had cheese. This is a small problem for my... lactose intolerant stomach, so I called the store to ask for new pizzas. But, the manager said I would need to bring the pizzasback before they would make new ones or give me a refund. My partner walked the mile back to Papa John?s in the rain withoutthis last piece of knowledge or the cheesy pizzas, and while she was on her way, the manager called me back demanding to knowthat I was bringing the pizzas back. He asked for my address so he could send a delivery driver to recover the cheesy pizzas. Itold him that it?s illegal and definitely unethical to resell them, but he would not be deterred. When my partner arrived atthe store, the manager asked her where the old pizzas were and would absolutely not solve the problem in any way. On theassumption that it was to ensure the pizzas were discarded (to prevent people from scamming them for free food?), she asked themif she could come back tomorrow, since it would be another 40 minutes before she could get the pizzas there anyways. The managersaid no! With the explicit reason that the pizzas tomorrow would have to be thrown out and getting them back today meant hecould still earn back the money from selling them! This was after an hour, and it would take another half hour for her to getthe pizzas back. After reading the other reviews, I?m not surprised to find another 2 reviews referencing the severe health codeviolation, and it could even explain some of the accounts of pizzas taking hours to get delivered and being cold onarrival. So, after 2 round trips to Papa John?s, I have 0 edible pizzas, and none of my money back. All in all, a solid 0/10customer experience. ???? Read more
