Boyfriend & I ordered sushi burritos through UberEats (that was probably mistake one), we received them DROWNED in spicy mayo.... Not in a good way. Disgusting. Too much mayo- it wasnt edible or we'd get sick. We did check off spicy mayo when we ordered, butwhy you would think drowning everything in the sauce would be a good idea is beyond me. Fresh ingredients and large serving size, if you like poke - this is your place
This was my first time having a Poké bowl, and I was not disappointed! Pokémoto makes some amazing bowls with rich flavor,... variety, all within a rather large bowl for not a large price tag! They have plenty of traditional options, as well as a veganoption, on top of building bowls from scratch, so there's plenty of ways to get creative with your meal! The branch was veryclean, and had a pleasant aesthetic throughout! The staff there are terrific and very accommodating! I would certainly come backhere again! Read more
Pricey, the food is decent, reminded me of Chipotle or Qdoba but no beans or tomatoes, tofu, cucumbers and dried toppings like... crunchy onions (that gave me heartburn) or rice puffs instead, otherwise pretty much the same, just twice more expensive. Read more
This is always my go to!!!! It isn?t on Snackpass like pokelicious but honestly it?s like 1000x better so totally worth it. The... staff is so friendly and everything is really fresh. One girl named Veronica (I think sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was SO niceand she definitely deserves some kind of promotion. 11/10 would recommend!! Tuna and salmon rice bowl with delicious toppings of your choice. I don't know what they do to the rice to make it so good. ... Once you try it, you will be back. The pineapple dole whip is really good if you like pineapple. Read more
I get it. It?s hip, it?s healthy, it?s trendy, and it?s the only poke place in town. Food was okay but nowhere near five stars.... Rice was a little undercooked and the amount of dressing the server added for me didn?t give the bowl enough flavor. Miso soupwas also quite mediocre, not much different from supermarket instant miso soup. Portion sizes are good. New Haven residents needto up the standards man. Read more
We?ve ordered from this Pokémoto location many times. Over the past 6 months, our orders have had consistent issues (i.e.... missing items, wrong items, and food being overly greasy/sauced). My wife has an allergy to onions. We never choose onions andexplicitly ask restaurants to exclude regardless of our order. The staff still managed to include onions in our order today. Iunderstand this location processes many orders every day, but this is unacceptable. You need to be better. Educate your staff orpay them better wages if they feel too burnt out to notice. Read more
