Ordered two bowls from their website for delivery and never received them. Tried calling a dozen times but the call kept... immediately hanging up. Extremely frustrated. Want a refund but I can?t even contact them. Will never order again. Thanks forstealing my money. Read more

Something must?ve been going on here/with the staff as the service was atrocious. I was visiting from out of town and on Friday... April 8th around 6pm walked in to get poke. There were two staff members and one was helping a client (two clients in theestablishment before me) while the other staff was cleaning the food bins. I assumed the staff cleaning would stop to serve, Iwas incorrect. She continued to clean all of the trays, slowly, painfully for the next 20+ min as I stood there. She didn?t saya single word and left her colleague to be the only one serving. Three other people came in after me and two left because thewait time was so long. The person in front of me was indecisive which didn?t help the situation but I personally waited upwardsof 20 min. The man who helped me was great and doing his best but his ?cleaning? colleague left me speechless. I literallywatched the business lose customers because of her. Actual food was delicious and reasonably priced with loads of toppings.I?ll be back when I?m there next but will check to see who is working the counter first. Seeing as the owners check Googlereviews, I strongly recommend you review who was scheduled on April 8th in the evening. Read more

Poke was delicious! The servers were generous in their service and even let me taste some sauces before I added them in (one... orange/clearish one was spicy and delicious?I forget the name?and I mixed with the miso-mayo, also yummy). I went close toclosing but the fish didn?t look bad at all, and tasted good! I usually watch out for poke late at night because their fish cango kind of bad during the day, but definitely not a problem here. Servers were extremely kind. Read more
Don't go to this location - try the one by Audubon instead. The bowls I've ordered from here are almost always half-full. The... last time I ordered, I was missing an ingredient and they also failed to put enough of another ingredient in my order..I almostcouldn't tell it was there. Read more
