What happened to Prakruti also happened to me. I ordered online to pick up at 8:25pm Dec 8. But when I arrived there they were... already closed although the closed time was said to be 9pm Sunday. What was really frustrating was their rudeness. They simplyignored you without any attempt to explain. I immediately contacted their customer service but still no solution. I am very disappointed with the service here. I ordered my sandwich online and the order was accepted immediately but when I... went to pick it up, they didn't let me in because they closed earlier than the stated time (9:30 pm). I also tried to call thelady to the door on the counter because I wanted her to cancel the order from their side so that I do not have to pay for thefood but she was so rude that despite seeing me knock, she just did not come to the door and instead looked away. It?s good. But I don?t understand how people really have deep issues about how there expression on there face looks. Like as if... someone looks like they don?t wanna be there. I really don't have any complaint with the food. More with the workers, I believe 4 work there but only 2 of them seem to really... want to be there. I understand you may not be excited to work but at least fake it. There is one worker there that will spendher whole time in the back until you ring the bell. She never comes up front because of the door sound and that is justterrible. Read more
