I recently moved into the neighborhood and tried this Subway not too long ago. The food itself was what you come to expect from... Subway. The vegetables did not appear to be vibrant and fresh but still acceptable. However, the staff were not veryprofessional or concerned with the customers questions... I had brought in a coupon for any footlong for $5.99. after ordering aturkey sub, nothing special or extra, I was told this sandwich doesn't apply for the coupon... Even thought the coupon states"any sub". The staff member then proceeded to tell me it was only accepted for "basic" footlongs. I'm not sure what's more basicthan a turkey sub. Read more
I usually like going to the Subway however the last time I went I was in line there were people ahead of me young girl took the... person behind me because I was next and the girl who waited on me took longer and 2 people out the door after me before I evenfinish my order Today 2 1 2018... I just went to the Subway again the same explaining happened to me however this time Icomplained and both girls jump down my throat whatever happened to the customer being right. One girl was working on the sub ofa delivery person which was fine he was ahead of me however the other girl took the next person behind me and that 1 was out thedoor before my subs were even started do not go to the Subway on Whalley. I will NEVER purchase subway ever again! I bought a footlong veggie sandwich 10 mins before closing. I did not have my bread... toasted. When I came home to eat the sandwich the bread had a funny taste. When I happened to look inside of the sandwich I sawthat in the inside of the bread there were tiny little ants crawling. I'm so disgusted as I had ate from the sandwich already.Best believe I'm reporting this restaurant to the health and sanitation department in the morning! Read more
This Subway had no lettuce, but it wasn't a big deal. My issue is with the Big tall girl who works there. Her attitude sucked... and I'll go to a different Subway next time then to deal with her tbh. With ppl like her it makes me just stay home and eat orbring my own lunch to work. She needs to work cleaning the parking lot or something she has no contact with humans. So overalltwo stars from me.
