I admit after I ordered I read reviews on this restaurant and I was really worried.. I got my food in about 40 minutes and it... was still steamy hot.The fries were perfect. Crispy and deliscious. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and creamy and not salty likea lot of places. Yummy. Now the wings, I will say are extremely small and pricey but I’ve found they were perfectly done andthe two sauces I chose were amazing to my pallet. I’m a born and raised Chicago boy so I’m used to good food. These wingswere the best I’ve had since I’ve moved here 16 years ago. My suggestion to anyone getting cold food is to stop using Ubereats. They are bad. Drivers will pick up your food then take people on livery calls.also if there is a line and their drivershave to wait, they will sign off calls and then you have to wait while Uber eats finds another driver. I know this because Iordered an order from Burger King at 7 pm and after 4hours and 5 drivers I got my food. I was furious and Uber eats would notrefund me. Since I’ve switched to door dash I’ve never had to wait or get old or cold food. I’d spend money here anytime. Read more

You need to change your advertised hours. Online is clearly states you are open until 10:00pm. I began calling at 9:18p in which... my calls went unanswered, figuring hey maybe they’re busy, I continued the drive from Derby thinking I could place an order inperson only to walk in at 9:36p to be told in a very nasty manner, that they are no longer taking orders. Sad part is thatthey’re always overly rude to customers as we frequent this location multiple times a week but my husband likes the food so Iignore the horrible customer service. No clue why this place doesn't have a five star rating. I regularly order delivery from Wing Madness and love it. The hot... wings are truly spicy and the fries are delicious! Tons of flavors, something for everyone! Read more
Last time I called over the phone she said orders stopped at 9:30, this time she says at 9:45. I'm parked right outside watching... her serve 2 customers. I don't remember the third time but it's now 3 times too many. I support the business, good food- decentcustomer service, but this time im "mad" & want to vent OR they just won't see me back. My brother always gets from wing madness and I’ve started getting it more recently. I really love their boneless wings and... fries. There’s not many places I’d go for wings or boneless wings but they taste great here. Their fries are also crispy andsoft with nice seasoning/salt on it instead of just plain old fries. Just got out after having a nice conversation with a staff(who I believe was the owner), either way I’ve had no issues here and they have a variety of other food that I’m excited totry in the future!
