Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. The guy at the window could not do the math for the money I gave him, let that... slide. But when he handed us our food, he was just like handing the bag out the window. Didn't say here is your food, didn't sayhave a good day. The guy was like a coat rack. Only had one arm out the window and the bag hanging on a finger. Then was pushedback in the corner on his phone. Nice customer service! Read more
We've had poor service and food in the past. We actually complained,, which we almost never do....They have been MUCH IMPROVED... recently. We go thru a couple times a week. They've had some courteous service, and good, hot food, lately. Good improvements!!???? We appreciate it. Read more
So I have never had such rude service before today! Price on the outside menu was not what I was charged. When I asked about it... I got instant attitude. I said to him I?m not trying to argue just let you know to change your sign if I?m paying more thanwhat?s posted. Then get home and the biscuits are hard as a rock, the corn looked like it?s been sitting out at room temperaturefor a few days. I didn?t even attempt to try it. Went straight to the trash can. Got back to my hotel room and I realized I was missing the mashed potatoes, biscuit, and no silverware (after I made to ask the... staff if there was some in the bag). The chicken itself was present, but really not great. Pretty dry and tasted like it hadsat a little too long. It really isn?t fun working out of town, and especially so when the one thing you have to look forwardto at night, a decent ?cheat? meal, is such a let down. Quality when down hill past 10 years. Never know if the food will be good each time go there. Before last week, my last visit... was 2 years ago..Figured I give them another try. After the chicken been sitting under heat lamp for few hours. And about thesize of a chicken nuggets. You can bet I will never go back to KFC!! Read more

I went there about 6 o'clock at night.. I wanted my fries freshly made so I waited 3 minutes. I got home to eat my food the... fries were so old that you could squeeze greased out of them so I didn't get fresh fries. My chicken was cold and the biscuitwas hard . The food was horrible and the service was atrocious. I ordered an eight piece, all dark. The guy said over the speaker, no,... no, we're not doing that. You can order the chicken but you get what we give you. Fine. No problem there, but it could havebeen said better. Then when I got to the pick up window, he said, the guy looked like he had just rolled out of bed and hewouldn't even look at me. He said, just so you know, I can't give you any change. I can give you bills, but I don't have anycoins. Fine. He told me the bill was $26 something. I gave him two twenties and he gave me back $11. Irritating, but Ididn't feel like arguing. He then handed the food through the window with his head turned the other direction. No thank youwas said. When I got the food home, the skin was so dry it crumbled and the chicken was all dried out.
