Called in a order because I was going from one job site to another. They said it be 15-16 mins I got there about 18 mins later.... They never placed my order so I end up waiting another 10-15 mins. I felt bad for the guy working he seemed like he know what hewas doing but he was the only one the other two one I guess was on break and the other kept having to get the guy she couldn'teven do math to make change. Called to order lunch deal. Was told I couldn't bc they kept them on hand ready to go. Walk in and they have none. Told 7 min... to cook. 6 min into waiting I got "oh I forgot to put it in." 22 min later I left with my pizza ???????????? Read more
Was there a week ago. It was Memorial Day weekend so I get they were busy. Pizza was still good. Only issue was the crazy bread.... It tasted doughy and too dense. It needed a few more minutes in the oven. Read more
Was just there. They are busy, which being a holiday weekend, I totally understand. The manager Daniel Brown was very nice and... personable. Had to wait a bit longer. Daniel said he'd bring my order out to me, and he did. He started apologizing for thecrazy bread, as there were teenager employees working. He said to remember his name and on my next visit and I would get twofree orders of crazy bread. Made me wonder, "How bad could it be?" Honestly, BAD! We had 2 pizzas which were great. We tried thewings. They were really good. The crazy bread frankly, sucked! I gave 3/4 of it to the raccoons. One order was so-so. About halfwas edible. The 2nd order was practically raw dough! Awful....got an order out in way before 8pm...not only were they walking out with pizzas and crazy bread in there hands but they... couldn't even make three things of plain wings or even give me my money back...must be nice to have thieves as workers. Read more
Don't bother ordering, they won't even make your food and will still charge you for it. It's happened to me twice a few weeks... apart. State or Maplecrest seem to do alright, New Haven has issues. Read more
Counter help was a little slow, like, it seemed like a pretty big challenge to count out a small but of change, but they were... courteous and prompt, and the pizza was good enough. Price keeps going up, diminishing the competitive advantage over placeswhere the pizza is better, but for now, it's still a good option for a cost effective choice. Read more
Not only was there nothing ready like usual my pizza was given to me uncut my crazy bread had no seasoning on them and they were... back there picking at boxes of pizza laying on counters soo frustrating they don't even greet you there when you walk up to thecounter they walk away and pretend you're not there until you look adjatated so frustrated and my crust is soo thin that thepizza just falls apart when you pick it up definitely done with this location enclosed a picture of my wet a** pizza Read more
