This place is a joke. Sat in huddle house for 45 min. No waiter even came to us but saw us several times and walked by. I asked... for a waiter and they said they would be right there. 30 min later no one. They were in the back playing on their phone. I seenher sitting behind the counter on the floor playing on their phone. So walked over to subway and find out the Italian herb andcheese bread is gone because subway discontinued it. Are you freaking kidding. Grab a slice of pizza which was awful and left.This place was a waste of time. Read more
Only RV dump in America without a hose. Completely baffled at the unsanitary conditions of this Flying J dump station. I have... never in my life smelled an RV dump this foul and on top of that there is zero hose/water hookup nearby to be able to rinse yourseptic hoses before storing and hitting the road. For $10 this is an absolute joke and I would advise any fellow campers to lookelsewhere. EW EW EW will not be back. Read more
The person who cleans the showers over here, will keep you waiting until you tip him or if a white guy wants a shower, he will... clean the showers but doesn?t put the reset code so that it doesn?t shows availability on the screen. Read more
SCAM ALERT!!!!! Terrible customer service!! I prepaid for parking via app 17 dollars hours before I arrived. Upon my arrival all... reserved stops were full. I went into the store to inform the lady that I had prepaid for parking and she informed me that shecouldn't do anything because the GOLF CART wasn't working. After debating with her about why she needed a golf cart to havesomeone who didn't pay move I asked for my refund. There was 3 other drivers that had the same issue as I and she lady didn'tcare AT ALL. I I then told her I would just go make a spot and she said if I did that she would come tell me to move. So shewould come tell me to move but not the trucks who didn't pay to move. Seems fishy to me. I think she was selling the spots for adiscounted rate scamming flying J out of the money. I will never do business at this location ever agian and will informeveryone about the scam this lady was running. Read more
$5 4 for a single cold cinnamon roll in a box. That sat there all night (one roll and you can't even give me a fresh one for... $4?!) Also no coffee ground no coffee cups the whole coffee area is out of stock and the guy could care less when I told him. 5:30am and you're not ready for the day to start yet? Yikes. I am handicapped i have lost a leg. The handicapped parking in the truck parking was taken so I displayed my sticker and parked... in the reserved spot next to the handicapped spot. There are blue markings in the spot I was parked in that still denotedhandicapped parking. This morning i broken my prosthetic leg and needed close access to the building due to me having to usecrutches to get around. At midnight I was woken by an arrogant female Truckstop employee that did not want to honor myhandicapped permit, I am in a 40 foot hotshot cab and chassis, I am only 3 foot shorter than a semi truck I do not fit into thefront lots in these truck stops and this arrogant female employee is telling me to park in the handicapped area out in the frontparking. Earlier in the day I surveyed the front handicapped spots and my rig would not fit in those spots.I could not explainmy situation to her due to her having little big man syndrome and she called a wrecker, I waited about 10 minutes so she couldpay the bill for a called out unused truck.
