I have been here a handful of times and have never been anything less than happy with food and service. All the staff is polite... and prompt. Never had to wait long to get food or drinks. This is the best Italian in Fort Wayne by far!!!! I grew up in an Italian family and never went to restaurants here for Italian... food because they?re all terrible but I kept hearing great things about Salvatore?s so I gave it a shot and was pleasantlysurprised to find it really good. I love this place! Best Italian in Ft. Wayne! All three of thier locations are great. This one is the best. I always get the... Sausage Roll, cause I love meat in cheese wrapped in pastry.. dinner and dessert in one. And I then eat what ever my wife can't.The muscles in broth, is an amazing starter.. the bread baked to perfection. Dip that in, it's like heaven. Waitress was topnotch, and she ran the whole dinning area herself. She killed it. I'd say the only negative is the place is too small, butthat's the thing I believe keeps it authentic. Read more
