WARNING TO ALL!! Please read to the end! This place is getting reported for fraud? Me, my wife and my son stopped to order... through drive-thru, was greeted by female voice was told there was ?no beef?, then a male voice came on to say there was ?nobeef?, we had to order chicken or steak. So, we ordered the 3 Doritos taco meal (steak), the 3 soft taco meal (chicken andupgraded to supreme), the Crunchwrap meal (steak and the extra taco also steak and upgraded to supreme) as well as 3 orders ofcinnamon twists. Total due was $38.96? alright? while waiting in que to get to the window, I commented to my wife, guess howTaco Bell boosts steak and chicken sales? I said, tell people there?s no beef. Proceeding to the window, I handed my debit card,and was returned with no receipt, and given our drinks and bag of food.. after pulling forward, we checked for correct order.Well, it was missing the Crunchwrap, and none of the tacos were supreme. So, I drive all the way around, told the ?male voice?the issue and was told to continue to the window. While waiting at the window for the Crunchwrap, two of the employees decidedto engage in a sword fight with broom handles.. to the main point, after receiving the Crunchwrap and another ?supposed? supremesteak taco, we proceeded to our room at the Holiday Inn a mile away to eat. Once my wife opened her ?correct order?, we realizednot only were we lied to, but probably everyone that night? there in front of us was a beef, not steak, Crunchwrap and taco!! Idrove back to the establishment, went inside to speak to the female manager, who insisted she was ?in the back cleaning? theentire time? told her how everything went down including not getting a receipt, one of the male employees asked me if I askedfor a receipt, I asked the manager if I needed to ask for one, to which she replied ?no?, the sword playing ?male voice?vehemently stated he ?didn?t charge for steak and chicken?, but when the manager said she?d give me a total r Read more

I love Taco Bell but this location has not been doing well. Poor service, long wait times, poor food, constantly out of stock,... closes before posted close time, and questionable food conditions. Every-time I go I hope it?s a better experience, but usuallynot. There?s forsure some good workers there, I?ve had some good interactions. My most recent experience was unfortunate, therice was inedible, very very hard, and my order was all wrong. Hope to see this location get better soon, I?ll definitelychange my review if so. I think sometimes we forget to thank those in this profession. Employees were very nice , food took like 3 minutes to get. Place... was clean! Employees were really on top of the job, even was told to have a great day. The little things count! Also theManager was even engaged to make sure order was spot on. ???????????????????????? Did a mobile order. Walked into the store for it. First thing the guy says at the counter is. "Hey we need you to just use the... kiosk" okay no problem. They check to see if this person is here for their mobile order "is "Name" here? " then nothing afterraising my hand. They are working on the order for another 15 minutes and then say my name very lightly after it was done. Wewere missing a couple things and one of the things we ordered got exchanged incorrectly. I can deal with all that. But mygoodness. These kids that were working there were just cussing up a storm! They were just overall very unprofessional. 2 peoplewere working in the food while the other 3 people were just lounging drinking and just talking about whatever they want. I don'tmind co-workers talking but they had 5 people waiting in their store for orders and there was no sense of urgency. Justdisappointing is all Read more

Stopped in yesterday (8-1-22) around 1pm. Ordered 6 crunchy tacos. Food was ready quickly. After eating the first one, it tasted... off. I thought that maybe they changed a ingredient. I was hungry so I ate them. Long behold a few hours later my stomach wasupset. Needless to say after several trips to the bathroom that I wished I threw them out the window. Its been a few years senseI've been to this location and never had an issue. Workers were polite and friendly. Thats all I have to say about the location.Wont be returning. Read more

This Taco Bell is beyond great! I got exactly what I ordered and didn?t have to wait long at all. The ginger kid, I think his... name is Noah has great customer service skills. It would be a tragedy if you lost him. :) Wonderful food! Read more

How are these people still in business with this many 1 star reviews!? We ordered 2 quesadilla meals one with sour cream and one... without and 2 CHEESY roll ups ...we couldn't tell which quesadilla had sour cream(others usually put a mark on the one with) andour cheesy roll ups were plan tortillas!! Had to go back through the drive thru only to recieve subpar customer service. Theythought the whole thing was funny....and hey I like funny things too but you can still provide better customer service whilelaughing about it Read more

Today 7/1/22 They stated "CASH" only. No trouble! - I gave them a $50 and the 2 cents. They owed me $44. A younger man came to... the window and yelled at me loudly "what is the issue with the change" "what is your issue" (I was confused?) I had no ideawhat he was saying. I said "I'm sorry-what are you asking about?" He said "what is your issue?" I was so confused. I said "Idon't know what you are referring to"- He then gave me $43.00 I said I'm sorry my change was $44 Is that your question? Herolled his eyes and walked away. I told the window girl (who was very nice) his attitude wasn't very kind. He didn't need tobehave that way; but it was no reflection on her. She said he is "always this way" and apologized. When I finally opened myorder it was an item short of what I paid for. I would have given 0 stars if it was no option. Do better New Haven Taco Bell!!! Read more
