I ordered and called to check on my order and the person that answered my phone call stated my order should arrive shortly. That... was an hour after placing the order. I then called again 20 mins after it not arriving and was told they were too busy todeliver my order, yet failed to cancel it or give a courtesy call or anything. I ordered a family feast which is a large pizza,cheese sticks,and salad....I asked to make my salad an antipasto salad with... olives on the side. So my order got delivered and there was olives on the salad.So I called and let them know and Jeff (at theNew Haven location)said it'll be credited to your account for the next time you order. So next day at around 4pm there's a knockon my door and wouldn't you know, it was Jeff with a new salad.Wow have never had that happen! Wonderful customer service! Called and placed order for Big Ben Pizza and salad around noon. A man took my order and said pick up in about 20 mins. Had a... birthday party going on. Went to pick up the order and the place was closed.....no one there. I called the number where I placedthe order, and was told that no one must of showed up for work, so he would cancel the order. Ordered pizza and Stix from here and get home and we were given the wrong pizza. Not a big deal, just want the pizza we ordered.... When we pickup the correct pizza, got nothing but excuses we're so busy, look at all these tickets, we were given the wrongorder. The best is the I don't appreciate corporate calling and yelling at me! I worked many years in restaurant management andwould never have used any of these excuses on a customer!
