(8/20/2022) I call a couple days ago and a woman answered the phone 1.she sounds like a little girl and was slurring her words... and leaving me on hold 2. She yelled at me because I didn?t understand her 3 she hung up on me for no reason I called back andanother woman who sounded very hefty answered and I asked for the other woman?s name and the woman told me she don?t know anyonewho worked there (obviously lying to protect the little girl) the other woman also told me the first rude woman had left but Icould here her laughing and telling the other woman to hang up on me in the background and calling me names this was horribleshe also hung up on me I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone until these lady?s are fired!!!! Very disappointed in this location! Inside was closed but that was not a problem because drive through was open. Went through... drive through at approximately 8:50PM in 7/13/22. Employee said that they were closed, when their sign and the web said 9PM.Ended up take our business next door to Shawarma Yes. Read more
You can not go into this establishment but go through the drive thru girl was rude taking the order rude at the window... absolutely no people skills what so ever and then I receive the worst sub ever called to complain was told no manager on dutyand they are busy and she hung up I'm going to assume the same girl that waited on us is the same girl that answered the phone Isaw 2 people in the store working we were the only car in the drive thru. we went in on a Sunday afternoon, and it was obvious the young girl at the counter was having a rough day. her coworker was... yelling at her in front of customers, but she never talked back. she respected her rude coworker. she was kind to the costumers,and she was very sweet. Read more
Wow... just wow... I ordered a extra toasted sub with extra mayo with a bunch of veggies.... got a slightly warm (seriously, it... was if they just put it under a heat lamp, not toasted), barely any mayo at all, no tomatoes, onions, black olives or pickles...like seriously, you barely made my sub. At least it had some pieces of turkey. The girl asking the questions was all over theplace. I don't blame her for her complete brain dead incompetence, I blame the management for training her and not properlysupervising. My sub was gross and sadly, this location is very inconsistent. Consistent Incompetance...This is the 5th time this has happened recently. I always order a sub with no Black Olives and... Spinach.....and of course she puts Black Olives on it even after writing "no bo.".....No biggie if this was a one-time or rareoccurrence, but it happens ALL of the time. Ordered our subs online picked them up. Our bread was still doughy and the tomatoes were not ripe. The steak and cheese sub was... a huge mess. Had to eat it with a knife and fork! I wish people would take pride in making our food. That is the job they chose.At least they could do it right! SMH! Read more
