I would not recommend! The service was bad!! The food was terrible and it was cold and hard and on the 5 layer burrito and the... quesadilla the cheese was hard and slime like. I did a mobile order and when I got there I got my food but I was missing my 3drinks and I was standing trying to get someone attention and they looked at me but did nothing, I was standing there for about10 minutes, and I was missing food but I didn?t bother going back because I gave up at that point, on top of it all being cold,the fries were good but everything else I got was hard and was barley edible. Not sure what happened, but since the new location opened, everything has been terrible! Whether I order on DoorDash or come... through the drive-thru, it's all just.... BAD. SO bad... Missing items, incorrectly made items, poorly made items... etc. Isuggest corporate or the franchise owner take a THOROUGH review of the management operations here, as well as management andemployee interactions/communications. Because something just ain't right. I'll give this location one more shot, but I reallydoubt I'll see any improvement. Read more

Been here twice since the new location opened. First time they gave me my order and. Said I was all set without paying. I paid.... Today I had two orders. They completely missed part of one order and again on the second order gave it to me without payingsaying I was all set. I looked at the guy and said do you want me to pay? Read more

Well I wish I had food to complain about but I don't! I placed an online order at 9pm tonight and when I get there the guy says... they are closed cause they are short staffed of course. So I ask him can't you make my order and he says his boss told him toclose and he can't but she is on her way up there. Mind you there are 2 guys working but can't make an order so they are gettingpaid to do nothing. If you don't want to take any orders fine but you can at least make your online orders, since your both justsitting there. I told him he needs to turn the online ordering off, he was like oh we have to call and do that. Yea no kiddingjust like most other places have to do the same make a call!! Since the opening of the new building I've been noticing longer and longer wait times through the drive-thru. tonight I timed... from when I placed my order at the screen, till when I got my food in my hand. it was 21 minutes 37 seconds for three items.when I placed my order there was only two cars ahead of me. this order took place at 9:57 p.m. I understand being short staffedor having a building that is only a month into operation but 21 minutes for three orders is absolutely ridiculous When I gothome 1/4 .ile down the road my food was cold (like ridiculously cold) And was wrong on multiple accounts. If I could give 0 stars I would.. I ordered the chicken chalupa meal, naco fries and an order of cinnamon twists. Both chalupa... shells were burnt and completely crumbling. Naco fries were good... cinnamon twists taste like someone poured cleaner on them. Ihad to run to the garbage to spit it out.. made my tongue burn and gave me an instant headache.. I am beyond livid with thisplace. New building and same issues. I regret giving them another chance. Absolute nightmare. Read more
