Tried to go to drive thru on lunch, as I only get 30 minutes total, but the line was long. I went in to order and was told they... were only doing delivery services and mobile order inside. No sign was posted or any other indication the lobby was "closed".Worst Wendy's ever. Read more
Maybe 5 times I've been to this Wendy's. Always something wrong. No fountain pop one day, credit card machine not working, cold... burgers and the one that really gets me (I should have took a picture.) I got the baconator fries. The bacon was chopped up insmall pieces and burnt. I had to tip the container to get the grease out and 3 spots got on my good jeans. Yeah I'm not a happycamper because of my pants. I went there at 11 am and bought a burger that I ate right away and a salad to eat later at work at around 3pm same day the... hamburger was good but the salad the chicken was good that was on the salad the chicken avocado salad but the lettuce looks darkand old and I'm just hoping that that picking up the chicken and bacon won't make me sick very very disappointed as I spent $20.I don't know if you can see it in the pictures but the tomatoes are old and overripe and the lettuce is all wilted some of itDown Right rotten Read more
I only come to this location because it?s the closest but never again every single time I get food from this Wendy?s is... absolutely disgusting. I always think maybe this time will be better but nope. I ordered a double stack and the 1st one I openedand I?m not even kidding feels like a kids plastic toy couldn?t even bite into it and my 2nd one was so under cooked ???? Illjust keep driving to the one on Gratiot an 23.. and I?m never one to complain I hate to be that person but I don?t understand Iget the 1st time alright yeah it was bad But I mean it just gets worse and worse each time. Ever since they got this new manager i?ve hated going here the food is always wrong or its just down right disgusting. I recently ordered from this wendys via doordash instead of the one I work at because this one was closer. Never again. The... drinks I ordered were a medium coke and a small strawberry lemonade. I instead received a small coke and a valurle fruit punch,both only 3/4 filled. On top of that, the spicy chicken asiago I ordered did not have either modification I had (no tomatoes,add crispy onions). I do not know how this location messed up so bad (and according to the driver who deliveted my order, its aregular occurance) but for now I will stick to my location. Finally, a well run Wendy's!!! Salads were perfect and fries were nice and hot! Went there again and had really delicious food.... Fries were hot and the burgers were tasty. PS - I'm not related in any way to anyone who works here or owns this location. Read more
I can't believe this location is only a year old. The last 7 times I've been here the card machine has not been working so it's... cash only. Even when I can use my card to pay my food is either wrong or hard as a rock. How do you screw up chicken nuggets? Igot sick the last time I was here so I don't think I'll be coming back for a long time. Read more
