Rarely get dipping sauces when ordered. Even when you pay extra for them. Delivery instructions are not always followed either.... Driver lost out on their cash tip because they just dropped the food and left. I Didn't know they even came until i checked theapp for ETA. Karma works that way when you don't follow instructions and leave out dipping sauce. Read more
Quality of the food in the past has been typical Domino's, but the customer service has never been great - slow delivery. The... "Tracker" is iseless. my most recent order was said to be delivered in 33-48 minutes (a huge range) and sat for 25 minutes -according to said tracker - before anyone even made an attempt to deliver it. By then the estimated delivery was over an hourfrom when the order was placed. When the tracker said the driver entered my neighborhood, I waited 20 minutes to call - itshould have taken like 30 seconds to get to my place from the entrance. I was told it was delivered to the wrong address andthey would replce it...in 30 to 45 minutes which based on this experience would be more like an hour and 10 minutes, if it everarrived. We have ordered a veg pizza and it was so fresh and yummy, really loved the tasty of the pizza.
Wasn?t happy with the pizza and breadsticks I ordered yesterday. There was way too much sauce which I didn?t order extra sauce. ... Very little topping. The sausage on the pizza was foul tasting. Also I thought the delivery was supposed to be no contactdelivery. The driver knocked at the door and waited until I opened it to hand me the pizza. And he had no mask on. The Domino?sPizza in Kentucky is so much better. I just moved here. So I won?t be buying Domino?s pizza here. ???? Read more
To preface this review, I am a traveling pizza reviewer. I have been to over 200 different pizza establishments in 42 different... states. I decided to try out Dominos pizza for the first time while visiting family in New Holland. I called in and was greetedby an extraordinarily friendly staff and ordered a large pepperoni pie and bread bites. My pizza arrived to my house extremelyquickly and I was greeted at the door to a handsome man named Matthew. I asked Matthew to stay while I sampled my first bite, togive him an in person review of my pie. I took the first bite and gasp at how amazing the flavor was. My gasp of amazementcaused me to inhale a large chunk of Dominos delectable pepperoni pizza pie into my throat, blocking my air way. The handsomedelivery man sprung into action giving me the Heimlich maneuver with perfect form. Matthew then reminded me of the importance ofthoroughly chewing my food. If it were not for Dominos and there skilled delivery staff, I would not be writing this reviewtoday. All in All I give dominos a 4/5. Read more
