Typical fast food but vanilla shake was great. Grew up on burgers, fries, and a shake on Friday night in West Virginia. I love... good vanilla shakes and this one had an extremely strong vanilla taste. Read more

I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget and was told to pull up to wait for order....15 minutes pass...I go inside...they forgot!!!... Then at 6 pm I am given two pies"freebies" to pacify me....enjoy by 2:29 pm!!!! So they gave me their garbage to throw away!!!And they want $15 an hour..... Read more
The female manager at this place is an absolutely miserable person. I was picking up 2 large mobile orders here and when I went... to pick the food up she gave me one small bag and said "have a good day" then closed the window. I had told her I had 2 largemobile orders and that this may be the wrong order and she flipped. Screaming at me at the drive through window saying I wascoming at her.......just because I had nicely told her that I might have been givin the wrong order?? Not one of the otherworkers even looked at us arguing or said anything which makes me think this kind of thing happens a lot. She had Also messed upmy order so my friend had gone back to get the food that was missing and this girl started complaining about me to myfriend......very professional. This place has gone way downhill. The general manager is useless, the managers get to do whatever they want, waited over 15... minutes for one iced caramel mocha which on the speaker had to tell the woman 7 times, then they charged me extra for the extracaramel mocha flavor at .70 cents when it is legit .35 cents for extra but whatever. They parked me for a drink but was handingout food. The manager that brought my drink out looked high as a kite. I called the 1800 number and they asked if someone shouldcall Me back and I said yes and some reason this store is so pathetic they refuse to call me back. The last time I went my foodwas cold and people were all on their phones laughing, there's a time and place to be relaxed and another time to hustle butwithout educated trained leadership it's going to continue to go downhill. It's mcdonalds so people will continue to go here bcit's convenient but I'd rather go somewhere they actually know how to work and this isn't the place. Read more
