My order took 2½ hours to get to my house which is 5 minutes from the store. It took an hour to make the order and an hour and... a half to deliver which we paid extra to have it delivered. I'm guessing since it took so long to get it that explains why thepizza was cold and the crust on every pizza was hard and stale. The sauce on the wings turned into an oily mess and no one atethem. We also upgraded (paying extra) one of the pizzas to a pan pizza but received a hand tossed instead. Based on thisexperience we will never order from this pizza hut again! So lit... Pizza Hut locations are hard to find. So nice staff. So helpful. Go there.
Worst place to order from ever! Had to wait 2 hours for 1 pizza. Called customer service and got hung up on....twice! Their... automated system gives you an option for having issues, but when you choose it the system says, "Sorry you're having issues.Goodbye!" and hangs up on you, so don't bother. Called and spoke to a live person through the automated system and that personthen transferred me to the same option that again says, "Sorry you're having an issue. Goodbye!" and hangs up on you again. Willnever ever order from Pizza Hut again. This has happened to me two separate order times in a row now. Done. Read more
Ordered via app gave them an hour to get it ready, it wasn?t even started an hour later when I went to pick it up. Had to wait... another 30 minutes. On top of that it had missing toppings. Not the first time this happened (just the first time giving areview) but it will be the last. Domino?s is just up the street. Read more
One of my pizzas was missing a few ingredients that I had ordered (fresh tomatoes and black olives). It looked like I got a... regular supreme pizza instead of what I ordered. The pizza I received tasted fine, but it was not what I ordered. Read more
Curbside yeah right have to go in after waiting 15 mins. To then have two burnt pizzas. Not returning for business anymore.
Great pizza hut! Harold the general manager is amazing as is his staff and the service he delivers. Def recommend!
