Walked in the store simply for a slushie. There were no extra large flat OR dome lids so I had to downsize already. Then I... dispensed the machine to find that ALL 4 flavors were basically just soda and there was no sign indicating the machine was outof order. When I walked to the counter the lady who was face deep in her phone texting, did not acknowledge me right away so Isaid your freeze machine isn't working is it? She said idk do you want another one? I said no they are all like that, so whywould I want another one? Then she just looks back down at her phone and mumbles something. I threw away the drink and walkedout of the store. Read more

Visiting the New Holland area for a long weekend and decided on a salad for supper from Sheetz. Ordered my salad and a sub for... my husband, paid, and waited at the pick up area for our food. While waiting, the food staff were horsing around and having agreat time while preparing our food. When my number was called , I picked up my order, looked into the bag to see if I neededany silverware and noticed my salad (see what photo), which cost me $8.18, was only half full. I immediately took the salad tothe checkout counter, told the attendant I wanted my money back, that this was not an $8.00 salad. She proceeded to give me mymoney back. I thanked her and asked her to speak with the food staff, indicating they were more interested in messing aroundthan paying attention to food quality. The attendant proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with a half full saladcontainer and that they were providing portion control. C?mon it?s salad! This is not ok Sheetz. Do better! Read more
I got carded for a can of liquid death water. When I said I would not give her my id she than said she would no longer make the... sale. I understand the can looks like a beer can, but if a old woman can't see it's a water can, it might be smart for her tojust hang up the working shoes. I will never shop this Sheetz location again. Got Diesel gas here Saturday night & Sunday my husband took the Van to go somewhere & it just shut down. Message on the... dashboard said water in the fuel So don't get your gas here!! Read more
Waited 25 minutes for the untoasted turkey sub with Mayo and lettuce just to see that this is what I was given. 0 stars.
Been coming here almost every day for over 5 years and never had an issue. HOWEVER, the fact that if I'm not able to get alcohol... with another person who i dont know beside me is ridiculous. The "manager" said that the lady next to me was with me so shecouldn't sell to me. I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE LADY NEXT TO ME!!! Came back an hour later, still wouldn't sell. Read more
