The new people they hired are rude. The new kid forgot my fries, which i had to keep repeating i needed my small fries. Then the... manger came over and looked at my stuff and she had an attitude and i got my small fries. She acted like i was lieing about notgetting my fries, when i opened the bag there in the store. We tried to get Wendy's last night but couldn't because of employee drama. One of the workers came out to (very kindly, poor... kid) explain to us that there were 2 $80 orders ahead of us and they were in the weeds because 2 employees got into a screamingmatch and weren't working. One of them was outside screaming into her phone near the drive-thru, not sure where the other onewent. He explained he would definitely get to us but it could be a bit of a wait. We opted to go next door to McDonald'sinstead. I give that kid a lot of credit for trying to keep it all going seemingly on his own but c'mon. This isn't even thefirst time this has happened either, we had a similar issue a few months back. Read more

This place is absolute dog water. 90% of the time I?m either waiting for a half hour, my order is always incorrect, the staff is... barely coherent, & around the past five years this place has been a complete dump. I?m not one to complain but after while you?dthink a fast food company this large would change for the better. I?m only leaving one start because it?s required for thereview.
