The new people they hired are rude. The new kid forgot my fries, which i had to keep repeating i needed my small fries. Then the... manger came over and looked at my stuff and she had an attitude and i got my small fries. She acted like i was lieing about notgetting my fries, when i opened the bag there in the store. Cold food. Got fries and milkshake. But they took forever with only a single car ahead of me. People don't wear gloves or have... any sense of hygiene the blonde hair guy has a horrible attitude. Read more
We tried to get Wendy's last night but couldn't because of employee drama. One of the workers came out to (very kindly, poor... kid) explain to us that there were 2 $80 orders ahead of us and they were in the weeds because 2 employees got into a screamingmatch and weren't working. One of them was outside screaming into her phone near the drive-thru, not sure where the other onewent. He explained he would definitely get to us but it could be a bit of a wait. We opted to go next door to McDonald'sinstead. I give that kid a lot of credit for trying to keep it all going seemingly on his own but c'mon. While the food for the most part is good?. The service is absolutely terrible!!! We have to wait at least 15-25 minutes every... time we go through the drive thru! Whoever owns this place needs to seriously step in. Read more
I went to this Wendy's tonight on the way to work around 930. I ordered the asiago ranch chicken club combo (lettuce tomato... ranch cheese and bacon)- spicy with no tomato [ I don't eat mayo or tomato] they let me know it would be a 6 min wait on spicy.The employee brought out my food and I drove to work only 5 min away. When I checked my order I realized it was a regular spicychicken combo (mayo lettuce and tomato [ again I don't eat mayo or tomato] and not the asiago ranch. I didn't check it at therestaurant bc , although slow, they usually get it right ( well at least on day shift). When I went back they apologized andsaid they would fix it. I waited about 7 min. The employees came out apologized again and went back inside. As I am checking thenew sandwich I noticed that it is still wrong. This time it had no bacon. Wendy's charges more for this sandwich specifically bcthe cheese and bacon. I didn't have time to go back for a third or my money back because I didn't want to be late for work andwould eat it anyway bc I needed something b4 my graveyard shift. Upon arriving at my work station and reopening my sandwich I see all this ketchup on the inside of my sandwich wrapper which I one of the reasons why I say no tomato in the first place. theonly reason why I give them 3 stars is bc they are always nice otherwise they'd get 2 bc I'm highly irritated and hangry. It?s fast food so my expectations are pretty much nonexistent. But yet they manage to repeatedly disappoint in such egregious... ways. 68$ Uber eats delivery order (live 1.8 miles away) the chicken sandwich literally had no chicken, missing fries, the fewfries I did get were so old and cold that they resembled mulch; missing burger toppings? It?s as if they dig their food out ofanother Wendy?s? dumpster and attempt to make orders with it. It?s literally ridiculous. Went through the drive through the other day while it wasn't busy at all. My fries were soggy and old, you could also tell the... chicken in my spicy chicken sandwich was refried and they charged me an extra 80 cents at the window after telling me my totalwas only 13.70$ over the drive through order thing. They also refused to give me my receipt when I asked for it. The guys whowork there also have absolutely no idea what they're doing and you can tell that as well. Will not be eating at Wendy's again. This place is absolute dog water. 90% of the time I?m either waiting for a half hour, my order is always incorrect, the staff is... barely coherent, & around the past five years this place has been a complete dump. I?m not one to complain but after while you?dthink a fast food company this large would change for the better. I?m only leaving one start because it?s required for thereview. The star is only equivalent to me leaving the store with ?edible food?.. handing out a frozen chicken sandwich isapparently acceptable. Read more
