This is a 5 star place with some quirky customs. I had the perch dinner and it was fantastic. My friends both had prime rub... which I ate some of. It was perfectly cooked and tender. Now the quirks. I ordered a brandy old fashion and to my chagrin itwasn't muddled oh well still tasted great. When you get in there you are instructed towards the bar where you need to place yourorder first before sitting down. That's weird to me but not a huge deal. Just worth mentioning as I was surprised. When you dosit your salads are allready at the table so that's great. Definitely recommend this place if you are anywhere near New Holstein Read more

Schwarz's is one of the best supper club experiences I've had in Wisconsin. The wait staff is friendly, the food is delicious... and speedy. Wonderful experience. It was not terribly busy. Once we ordered, they called us to our table within 15 minutes. When we got to... the table, our salads were already on the table waiting for us. Our main course arrived within 10 minutes of being seated. Greatatmosphere and the food was outstanding. I will definitely go back. Read more
