This is a 5 star place with some quirky customs. I had the perch dinner and it was fantastic. My friends both had prime rub... which I ate some of. It was perfectly cooked and tender. Now the quirks. I ordered a brandy old fashion and to my chagrin itwasn't muddled oh well still tasted great. When you get in there you are instructed towards the bar where you need to place yourorder first before sitting down. That's weird to me but not a huge deal. Just worth mentioning as I was surprised. When you dosit your salads are allready at the table so that's great. Definitely recommend this place if you are anywhere near New Holstein Read more

Schwarz's is one of the best supper club experiences I've had in Wisconsin. The wait staff is friendly, the food is delicious... and speedy. I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking for an elevated supper club. P.S. they add a little humor by calling namesover the P.A. if you want to give an alias. @dietproof Read more
Wonderful experience. It was not terribly busy. Once we ordered, they called us to our table within 15 minutes. When we got to... the table, our salads were already on the table waiting for us. When I was a kid, on special occasions my parents would take us to Schwarz's in St. Anna. I now live out of state, and when I... was in town on business just before Mother's Day, I had to take mom there. What an experience. She said the lobster was thebest she has ever eaten. The prime rib was not fatty and when I cut a strip of meat, I used my fork to cut it into bite sizepieces. It was over 30 years since I was there last, and it was better than I remembered! Read more

Hands down this is a place you absolutely must visit if you're in town. The food is impeccable the atmosphere is perfect for the... quintessential Wisconsin supper club. The drinks are delicious. And if you're here on a race weekend you never know who you'llbe able to see dining on some delicious prime rib because prime rib is delicious. It's also wonderful to see all of thebeautiful cars that end up showing up because of the racetrack proximity. Enjoy! Read more
This was our first true supper club and the food was fantastic, service was great. I also really like the fore thought of... having guests order dinner while you are still waiting for a table so the table turnover is much faster. Read more
