Casual, family dining. Excellent menu options. Food was hot and came as ordered. Waitress attentive, without constant... interruptions. Dining room was clean. Table was clean. Obviously not a fancy restaurant, but perfect place to meet friends andfamily for a good meal. Read more
The first time I came to this applebees was disappointing. Tried again this evening and well.. not much different. Don't go here... at night is all I can say. Or in general don't go to this location at all. Night staff seemed to have a bad attitude and werecomplaining in front of customers. Waitress was mad that a 20 top was coming in and didn't want them in her area because she"already swept." Wasn't attentive our order had several errors.. no correct silverware and only one round of drinks waitressdidn't even ask if we wanted refills. The staff make you feel so uncomfortable that you can barely even ask for your order to befixed without them looking like you asked them to take you to the airport. I mean seriously where is the customer serviceanymore, where is the work ethic? We are seen as an inconvenience at this location rather than paying customers that help keepplaces like this dump running. Won't ever go back. 2 times of disappointment is enough. Read more
Loud, waitress was nice but completely forgot about us. After over a half hour of no service or food we ordered the waitress... eventually came back and apologized but we were so hungry and very disappointed at this point. We paid for our drinks and left.Wish it could have been a better experience cause I love Applebee's. Read more
Food was really good! Waitress was not very friendly. 3 people in my party ordered margaritas and waitress told us chips and... salsa would be included with the margaritas, ended up paying $3.99 for each of the chips and salsa. Was not happy about theextra charges when we didn't even order them to begin with. Read more
May have bite into my nachos (that took 25 mins to get) and ended up with a band aid wrapper in my mouth. Took another 10 mins... to get a waitress to come over. Waitress was unaffected at the showing of the band aid wrapper and told manager. Manager seemeda little lost and made no offers to remedy the horrible situation. Ended up not paying for anything (or finishing the other fooditems) and got up and left. Never to return. Read more
I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp with mash potatoes. It was ok for the price. They employees were arguing loud about who is... leaving and staying. It was very inappropriate and ghetto. Read more
The waiter was wonderful, he made the experience delightful. The food was delicious, some of the best mashed potatoes I've eaten... in a while. While we were ordering he showed us that there was a 2 for 22 deal which made the bill a bit better. Read more
Good location for this neighborhood Applebee's. We like their happy hour half price appetizers and drink specials. We have... always had good service but they appear to be short staffed at times. The chicken won ton tacos are amazing. Read more
