I went into breuggers today to grab something to eat for my co worker and I like usual. When I walked in I was on the phone but... I told the person I was on the phone with to hold on. A younger girl who was a staff member looked me dead in my face and saidnothing. She didn?t greet me ask if she could help me nothing. Then an older white man walks in and she greets him and startsmaking his bagel. I had been standing there a good 5 minutes before he walked in. She said something to another lady who wasworking with her and that?s when the other lady said hello have you been helped when you can clearly see that I was standingthere waiting to be helped. If it wasn?t for my co worker wanting breakfast I would have walked off. This is not the first timeI?ve experienced this here I will for sure not ever be going in this establishment. It?s sad really. I haven't been able to go grab a bagel from Bruegger's in quite some time and had been craving a bagel sandwich. Oh my gosh was... this ever exactly what I was hoping for. Sandwich was delicious as always - gotta love their fresh veggies! Staff was friendlyand patient while my lunch guest took their time perusing the menu. I have always loved Bruegger's and, after so many yearsgoing without it, this experience was a perfect reminder of all the things I adore about this restaurant company. Read more

Terrible staff, cleanliness is a major issue here. Multiple times I've stopped in to try and grab a quick sandwich and have not... been greeted or acknowledged in under 5 minutes. Go to Fat Nats in the same plaza for quicker service, and they'll actually cookthe food from scratch. Big yikes. Read more
