The first time I came here 2 months ago, I ordered their matcha ?boba tea?, when I got it there was no jelly in the drink like... pictured/displayed and got a thin straw that could barely get anything. Had to let it melt to be able to drink it. Today, Iplaced an order through uber eats for a medium iced Carmel high rise and a small matcha latte. I received an iced matcha? Ialso selected that I would like straws. Did not even get straws at all. Read more
All the workers here are super friendly, you can tell they are always trying their hardest. Some people will always have... something negative to say so it's best to take bad reviews with a grain of salt. Sometimes you have to wait for coffee, ithappens. Everyone was nice at first but just recently I went there asked for my breakfast sandwich was told I was going to have wait like... everyone else! Man she was bossy and rude! Come to find out today they won?t serve me! I?ll never go back any caribou again!Worst experience ever! Read more
Barista was extremely rude when we walked in because our curbside was not working. Very disappointing as a former employee):... wanted to start our day off with a nice coffee and breakfast and sure started out sour after that interaction all because wewalked inside. This is the worst caribou but not only that it has the worst service I have ever experienced. My mom, sister, and I stopped in... to just get a couple drinks and snacks. There was no one else in the store when we got there. The lady at the front counter whohad reddish dyed hair was very quiet when we were kind and trying to talk to her but that?s not the problem. After taking ourorder and after us getting our drinks and one of our food items from the end of the counter, we were walking towards the doorwhen I stopped to ask if it were possible to have a tiny cup of whip cream for my dog in the car. She cut me off and told methey no longer do that unless I wanted to pay extra which is absolutely not true because I go to three caribou locations aroundmy home and they all still give us whip cream in a tiny cup if we ask. Then my mom noticed we didn?t get one of the food itemswe ordered so she asked if we could get it and the lady interrupted her, snapped at her and told her she was already aware wewere missing an item but she can?t do anything because she can?t move. Which for one how on earth were we suppose to know that.She could have simply said ?oh yes my coworker is on it!? Also there was absolutely no need for the attitude at all as we wereextremely polite and happy the whole time. This lady had reddish dyed hair and was crouching behind the bakery counter. If shehad a wheel chair or truly couldn?t move we honestly couldn?t see it. I also am disabled and utilize a service dog to befunctional in public so I get it. It gets old telling people you can?t do certain things but when you work in a job where peopledon?t clearly know that you can at least be kind and say ?Oh My coworkers on it already?. I really enjoyed coming to this Caribou location. The coffee cooler was perfect and the breakfast sandwich was almost on par... with a Dunn Brothers breakfast sandwich! One of the employees was rude when I was ordering (a large older gentleman), but thenboth of the staff members were nice when I was leaving. I liked the way this Caribou was set up and it looked good too. It isone of the busier Caribou locations I have been to so a lot of the locals must like it too. Read more
Absolutely the worst caribou coffee location ever. Do not ever come here. I?ve never waited 30 minutes for my drinks and didn?t... even get them. Got our refund and left. There were 4 people (Including ?manager?), and only one guy making drinks, and nobodyelse was helping, the other workers didn?t do a single thing. And I used to work at Caribou, when you have 30+ drinks to make(Which they had) you do it all together and helping each other, INCLUDING the manager.
