Donuts are usually always great sometimes the coffee can taste a little burnt but as long as you add some cream you'll be fine
Today wile waiting for my order inside my car I could hear a worker screaming to other workers. Screaming I?m going to quit my... job and other things witch make the visit very annoying and childish. I eat there at least 3 times a week, depending on who's working the drive thru determines what attitude you're going to get.... There's a person who comes off rude but is actually nice, there's a person there that is downright rude, there's a person whoseems like they actually enjoy it, and then there's one that I dealt with this morning that just seemed like they sucked thesoul out the person. This Dunkin is the only one within 5 miles of me that offers Strawberry Frosted Doughnut with or without sprinkles. My son and... husband love them. I only eat French Cruller. This location always have what we want (and it's always fresh) no matter the timeof day that we choose to visit them. The food here is always great too. Read more
Wow, I have never seen such an awful display of professionalism ever. The manager was obviously high and flicked off a person in... the drive through while screaming f$&@ off as they drove off. It took forever to get our order and I heard the F$&@ word at lest15 times . The manager Mara was the exact opposite of what should be acceptable for any job. Me and my family dined in and had some donuts and I love this place. But we were reminded that shop would close in an hr when we... were actually almost done. Didn?t understand why the reminder was so early but maybe they just wanted us out of the franchise.We were the only ones in there. My friend and I shared a coffee and breakfast here early in the morning. Our cashier was beyond pleasant!! Even though they were... BUSY, we didnt even notice... laid out well. My only feedback is please deal with the fruit flies. We had a couple zoomingaround our table. It was a little off putting... a quick clean up and it should be resolved. Otherwise, super great! Couldn't go inside as they didn't have enough staff. Would prefer to see product selection rather than look at the drive-up menu... board which I could not see clearly. Products that we got were as good as I remember. The customer ahead of us paid for ourorder. Nice surprise. Read more
