We live in Elk River and tried HLM because we saw they had a location in maple grove. We thinks it?s awesome that the food is... local and tastes absolutely fresh. My husband and I have tried almost every other meal service but lots of time the packagingsucks, the food is mush and tasteless or they just don?t deliver to our location but that?s not the case with HLM! We love,love, love the options available and it really helps us save time during the week while also helping us avoid food waste. Mycouple asks for HLM would be to allow us to be customize our meal types slightly more (we are not huge breakfast people andwould rather get a few more dinner meals and skip the breakfast) and maybe have options for couples/ families instead of justsingle. I love not having to think about cooking, or what to make for myself. It's so nice to have the rotating system and swap program... too. There are always a couple of things that I would prefer be something else. The portions are the perfect size. Read more
I rated Healthy for Life meals 5 stars as it has become very easy for me to eat healthy. I am a recent conversion to... vegetarianism and if I did any cooking at all, I usually had leftovers and after the second day, I was tired of the leftovers. I don't have to worry about creating a meal plan for the week or shopping or food prep. The meals have lifted a lot of stress,especially when you work full-time.
