After years of being a frequent customer to this store I've made the decision to choose other places to purchase. The last... incident has demonstrated how the customer comes last and profits first for this location. My wife went to the car wash, followthe attendants instructions, had the chain-wheel mechanism push the vehicle sideways. Holiday was quick to get reimbursed frommy insurance company while I now drive with a cracked front quarter panel. This will be repaired shortly and my business willgo elsewhere immediately. So tired of the gal that works there that will only grunt at you, never imagine getting a thank you or you?re welcome. She?s... been my cashier two of the last three stops. This last time I had to wait for her to finish texting on her phone before I couldget my receipt. Service was terrible!!!! Cashier tried to tell me that I can?t use both my Luther card and 7 cents off coupon together.... According to him, the computer only takes one coupon. LIESSS! Ummmm I have been using both coupons together ever since I canremember. Left this store and went to another Holiday down the street to get my discounts (receipt below for proof that it?spossible).This store needs to train their employees better because Store 220 knows how to get the job done. SHINA IS THE best, quickest, most competwnt Holiday/ Circle K crew lead i have ever seen. Everyone is always helpingg customera... and cleaning the store here- The crew here are the best!!!! Love that old Dutch RiP-L chips and Top the Tater dip are alwaysavailable.
