Car wash always closed the last couple months. Used to be my go to place, excellent dual option touch free or touch carwash.... There was almost never a line for the wash after 9pm which is when i out. The last few months, it is always closed, even therandom times during the day i have gone to get gas. Horrible customer service. Whoever the cashier was just now was rude because I wanted to pay inside instead of having to make... two separate transactions and when I asked her about it she got extremely rude and said she was busy as she stood there and didnothing while I waited for her to check me out. I'm never returning when normally I come at least once a week, never again.Needs to work on customer service. Read more
Management and staff working here are so rude and disrespectful. Today I saw Destinity arguing with a customer pop?s were 2x11... however she charge the customer regular price, customer said there was a sign pop?s were 2x11 and she (Destinity) and anotherwoman who identified herself has the ?manager?, they both freak out when the customer mention that, so rude and disrespectful,unacceptable!!! What type of people do they have working here? They start to argue with customers for no reason. They have promotions and when... you ask them about why your getting charged more they get agresive. Then start calling the police for no reason, because ofthier mistake and dont want to find solutions to fix the problem. Destiny(the cashier) and the manager working on Sunday have nopeople skills. After their mistake they get pretty agresive just because I mention the offer and refuse to sell anything, thisgirls have some serious mental disorder. Avoid coming here!!!!! Read more
I hope Holliday gives raises as I am a very frequent customer and I was looking for a specific snack n the store was out... probably cuz I buy them all the time , Anyways Justin went out of his way for me and found some in the back Such a greatemployee and positive attitude all the time which is a great asset. This place is way too busy... They have two of the five pump stands set aside as diesel. Multiple of these pumps are out of... order. All of this ads are busy this place is. The winter gas station across the street is never busy..... The only reason Ibother with holiday is their car wash is a little bit better but I'm done Read more
I have visited the holiday store #411 for over 11 years. I?ve seen it sadly decline in cleanliness and customer care. I stopped... coming to this location due to this. Until this last month I needed to make a quick stop. And to my awe struck surprise thestore was bright, clean & well stocked. The staff Tammy, Sandy, Devin & Ms Bonita always are smiling and welcoming. Truly agreat way to start my day. Read more
