My wife and I have been ordering from this place for years and it has been pretty good, but we had a very disappointing... experience tonight. We ordered 2 small pizzas and an order of wings at 6:20pm on a Saturday. Yes, we expect long deliverytimes on a Saturday night. The estimated wait was 80 minutes - par for the course. At 8:00pm (100 minutes), I started watchingthe order tracking closely. It kept saying "your order is being prepared". At about 8:10 (110 minutes), the tracking finallysaid "your order is on the way". This Marco's location is about 5 minutes from our house, so we were excited to finally get ourfood. The delivery came at about 8:19 - almost exactly 2 hours after we ordered (and 40 minutes later than expected). Not onlythat, but it was COLD. The online tracking was clearly a lie - our order wasn't prepped and then immediately delivered, it waseither sitting around in the shop for a half hour before being picked up for delivery or it was driven around for a long timebefore being dropped off for us. It's bad enough being VERY late, but being cold too is insult to injury. I'd like a refund. Read more
I've ordered a couple times from this locations and it's hit or miss. The food quality is very inconsistent as you can see from... the photo. The title is pepperoni magnifico but there's barely any pepperonis on this one compared to the last time I ordered.None of the signature seasons on the cross as you can see in the photo as well. And the pizza was weird tasting, overcooked andgreasy. When I called the location to speak with a manager the young man that picked up the phone refuse to give me his name orthe managers name and ended up hanging up on me. so we definitely won't be ordering from them ever again. these companies needto realize that the way they treat him customers is important that were treated badly we'll just go somewhere else jet pizzasright behind them and as just as good pizza Read more
Pizza was good, cinnamon sticks were ????. The employee was slightly rude when we were ordering but he said another customer put... him in a bad mood. So we forgave him I know how people act at food places. Nice pizza joint overall, better than Domino?s Read more
If you want phenomenal food with constant great deals, look no further. If you like to season your crust with garlic or parmesan... cheese & not have to pay extra, you?re once again at the right place. A free small pizza on your b-day, bingo. I could go on &on but hopefully you understand my sentiments towards Marco?s, did I mention the meatball pizza, yummy in my tummy. When myfriend referred me to Marco?s AND told me I?d NEVER order from another pizza joint, I laughed, I laugh no more but smile & feelsatisfied a whole lot more. The only downside, which unfortunately most places are suffering from is they were short deliverydrivers so I had to pick it up BUT the positive was I saved on the delivery fee & tip & had $ left for dessert, winner winnerpizza & dessert dinner & dessert. Usually ordering from Marco?s is great - excellent service and great tasting food but these last two months have been a little... tough. They are always short staffed, website and app state that delivery is open till 10pm but but I?ve had them cancel on meso many times it?s ridiculous. They will literally call me and say no driver or it?s too late to deliver etc. Exp., yesterdayordered at 1pm, received a call no driver we can deliver at 5pm or etc so I cancelled the order. Put in another order at 9:04pm.Food arrived in a timely manner but driver asked for a tip as soon as he brought the pizza to the door which I said $2, but mindyou ordered online and said no tip. To some that?s a person being cheap but like I can?t assume their financial circumstancedon?t assume mines. Drops off pizza and pizza tasted terrible - no pizza flavor, cheese doesn?t cover entire pizza, wings tastedslightly burnt/overcooked - I usually ask for well done and it?s never this bad. Called immediately and tried not to make a fussbut was given a 12$ credit. I should have stuck to my guns and been persistent with getting a 20+$ refund. We had a big grad party and the grad wanted Marcos. I called ahead to warn them about the large order(s) that would be coming... through the evening and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend the New Hope location, and calling ahead by 48 hoursworked well. Everyone loved the pizza and it came so hot the steam poured out of the delivery bags. Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 5 pizzas yesterday for delivery today (lunch for people in a training class). They did... not show up on time so I called. They canceled my order without telling me. Unacceptable, I won't return. Update: Marco'sasked me to fill out a feedback form on their website. I did that and there's been no response for over a week.
