Used mobile ordering today. I went to the curbside to complete my order. After I paid, it told me there was an error on their... end to go inside the restaurant and give them a code. I went inside, I waited several minutes at the counter but was nevergreeted. I tried to get someone's attention. Finally got the attention of the person filling the bags. She snapped at me told methat my order would be ready when it was ready. She didn't even give me a chance to explain what happened or show her thecode. When the next mobile order was up, another person tried to hand it to me. It wasn't my order and when I said that, theytold me to go order on the machines and tried to dismiss me. I told her no and tried to quickly explain that the appmalfunctioned and gave me code to give them instead. At that time I asked to speak with a manager. She said she was a managerand then couldn't figure out how to look up a mobile order. I don't believe she was actually a manager. I showed her thereceipt on my phone with their store adress on it, yet she kept asking me if I were sure I was at the right McDonald's ( I was ,I double checked and it stated so on my phone). She kept trying to tell me that she couldn't find it cause the payment didn't gothrough. It did, it was showing on my bank account. I also kept shower her the receipt on my phone. She started to rering myorder, despite the fact that I had already paid and was not willing to pay again. Then she told me some of the things I orderedwere out of stock. I finally just said I would take it up with my bank. I wasn't getting anywhere with her.(despite the receiptand the order number. And despite the fact that my bank account has already been charged.) Plus I have an extremely badheadache and work with small children so I just needed an easy dinner to get through the rest of the day. I've been living in this area for 7 years and have never been more dissatisfied with this McDonald's in the past. Over the last... 6 months the service has been rude and unwelcoming in the drive thru. The workers which half seem to be high schoolers, are rudeand impatient. They don't listen and argue with me when I correct what is on the screen. The food is never fresh and hotanymore. It taste like it's been keep warm in a food warmer to long because the edges of the McChicken is crisp and hard. TheFrench fries are always cold and hard. So hard that it literally is like double deep fried shoe strings. Like they have beensitting under the warmer and they placed them back in the grease to feel hot. Noone takes the time to actually make the sweettea properly and the HiC always tastes watered down. I have stopped eating here for months and thought I'd give it anothertry...but heck no! Someone is gonna get really sick from this place and it will be the workers fault! Very few of the employeesshould actually be in customer service, because it's not about customer service for them it's just about a pay check. So verydisappointing. Read more

I had a bad experience with a worker. She ripped my food bag out of my hands when I asked for a condiment. Then her tone of... voice wasn?t very pleasant in her exchange with me. Not very friendly, didn't take down the order properly and, didn't listen the first time when asked to repeat it out loud at the... window (the order screen wasn't updating with our order so we couldn't visually confirm "in the moment"). Nothing awful, justnot great service. Read more

In the past, the dining area and bathrooms were clean and the service times were usually quick. They seem to concentrate on the... drive thru and forget about inside customers. Management seems to have a "disconnect" with customer contact and ignores servicegaps. Up until recently, the food was fresh and hot and probably the only thing that I could question is check the catsup beforeyou dispense in those little cups as the last time I was in there I was extremely watered down and sprayed all over my cuff ofmy shirt. Customer service has been lacking and I've felt insulted by employees. I usually stop by in the morning for breakfast. The lady... that takes cash is very blunt and has told me a couple of times how I look tired and need that coffee.. today a man was takingmy order after the initial greeting when I asked for my order so I had to repeat it and he said I was too quiet speak louder soI raised my voice then he scolded me saying I don't need to scream at him he is working very hard trying to get the order to thefront and I don't need to scream at him.
