Been eating at this location since 2016 when I moved to the area, never had an issue, I go more when I have a BOGO coupon.

Everytime I go to this Subway the bread is always hard. I told the lady it looks like it is hard I want a different one. She... gave me a different one and threw out the hard one. Location is trash. The employees here just don?t care about the store or customer service. Employees were hanging out with... friends when I came like there wasn?t any work to do. Went to get lunch yesterday after 2 years of not visiting and I will not be going again. All of the vegetables were half frozen... and had frost build up in all of the containers. I understand that sometime things happen but this looks like it has not beenaddressed at all. Employees were very nice and respectful but their equipment needs maintenance. Read more
We came in yesterday with a large order of 6 sandwiches. The gentlemen that helped us yesterday were extremely accommodating and... answered all of my 9 year old questions about their subs and them not accepting high bills. This was the worst tuna footlong ever from New Hope store very little tuna and the bread was hard and dry. I threw it out.
