I haven't received my food yet, so this is based entirely on customer service. The person at the counter outside the restaurant,... inside the Hy-Vee, straight up ignored me when I was trying to place an order. I waited 10 minutes for attention and then wentin, was told to order outside, argued that I was being ignored so I wasn't going to do that because I just wanted to quicklyplace a to-go order. IDC how long the food takes to be ready, I said, it just shouldn't take that much effort to place an orderwhen they're not even busy. So someone took my order, but was rude about it. I was given an estimate of 10 minutes. It has nowbeen more than 20. IDC if the food is good or not anymore, I'm not going back to that location and wouldn't recommend it. Read more

Less than 1/5 of the tables were occupied at any given time while I was there. After waiting 35 minutes for an order of... boneless wings and seeing multiple tables arrive after I sat down and get their food within 10-15 minutes, I asked the serverfor the status of my order. She came back and said it would be at least 10 more minutes and that my wings weren't even startedyet. I asked her to cancel the order, to which she replied that it wasn't her problem and walked off. This place used to be great before Mark bought them out. Service was fine, but the new food from the Wahlburger acquisition is... trash. Burgers are horrible, any fast food chain on the planet is better I guarantee it. Mark Wahlberg you royally messed thisone up. Shame on you Hy-Vee, you guys definitely took a reputation hit. This meal was $65 for two people by the way. I wouldhave been happier off two cheeseburgers from McDonald's next door. Read more

Am I at a townie diner somewhere outside Detroit Lakes? Granted I'm trying to eat healthy at a restaurant in the Midwest -... always a fraught proposition - but it takes an exceptionally pointless blob of shredded iceberg to get me to just not botherwith the salad I paid the upcharge for. But hey, the "house made avocado spread" (think guacamole without garlic or onions orcilantro, so...mashed avocado) wasn't actively offensive. I've had worse meals, but even for the suburbs this was aggressivelymediocre. Read more

Kind of a weird set up. You order at a counter outside of the restaurant in the Hyvee grocery store, then get a place to sit.... Luckily there was plenty of seating. The counter to order was a little busy and unorganized. Friendly staff member took order.It took an hr to get hour meal! The restaurant wasn't full maybe about 70-75% full. The wait staff was unorganized and seeminglydidn't have an idea who was responsible for what table. We ordered the endless wings, which were good and prepared correctly.The second order (endless wings) also took an hour to receive. All in all the food was good, the staff was friendly and therestaurant was clean. BUT it took 2.5 hrs beginning to end of our meal. If you have time this is the place for you. Read more

My husband and I decided to get burgers on a Tuesday, there didn't seem to be many people on the restaurant, we could tell that... only 2 waitress were working and 2 people in the kitchen as well. We thought nothing about it. We ordered a burger each, and astime went on we noticed how late it was getting on our food wasn't out yet. Took 40 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries out. Whenwe made a comment about the wait time to the waitress she kinda smiled and walked away. Moments later we over hear a theconversation between the 2 waitress and one of them saying "it's only 2 of us" We weren't upset with the waitress, but with thekitchen staff. Although her saying something like that so close to us was definitely rude. Now if 40 minutes is normal wait timefor 2 burgers to come out then we are sorry. But we still find it rude how the waitress acted. Read more

Went to Wahlburgers to have an Our Burger with the wife. A half an hour later the server showed up and said sorry we never... submitted your ticket and the cook just started on your meal now. I asked for a refund and we would just leave. She left andcame back five minutes later and said I can take care of your refund but not until I'm done with doordash. I said keep themoney, I'm done. Honestly they did me a favor, the food always tasted greasy and cheap compared to the amount of money that youpay for it. An order of Chicken Wings and 2 Our Burgers ran me about 35 bucks. At least now I can walk away neverspending/wasting that kind of money again. We went home and cooked some hot dogs and peppers. I will enjoy a nice grease freehealthy meal that tastes a whole lot better. Thank you Wahlburgers and franchisee HyVee for teaching me a valuable lesson "don'tpaying money for something that you can do better yourself". Read more

My wife and I haven?t been here long time. The restaurant setup different then before. (Most likely due to COVID) No more sit... down and order with a waiter/waitress Now you order inside Hy-Vee Wahlburgers kiosk with employe. You place your order andpay. Then you seat inside Wahlburgers restaurant. You do have waiter/waitress comes by twice to your table. The flow is veryweird. For now it?s a skip, Hopefully, they will go back normal soon? Read more
