We decided to try Karla’s after reading an online article about them. We went yesterday (Monday) for lunch. We were there when... they opened so plenty of choices of where to sit. Everyone was super friendly and attentive without making you feel like theywere hovering. We ordered the Mac and Cheese, a cheeseburger and the chicken sandwich. I’m not a big “slaw” fan but it wasso good and complemented the sandwich perfectly. Everything we had was fresh and delicious. I also ordered a Coconut Pineapplemargarita to sip during lunch. Karla’s definitely has a generous pour for their cocktails so I highly recommend splurging ifyou are so inclined. We are looking forward to returning soon Read more
First off, they sat us immediately. Secondly, the prices were reasonable. Thirdly, the food was INCREDIBLE. The baked brie was... delivered to our table still bubbling. Delicious, every bite. When the entrees came out I was stunned. I don't take photos of myfood very often but I stopped mid-bite to take a photo of the Sesame-crusted Salmon. Their steak was delicious, too. Food was delicious! I got the seafood pasta which was so good! Fried chicken sandwich which I think was my favorite of what I... tried. We also got the Brie and bacon jam burger which was pretty good but wish it had more bacon jam on it, the flavor waslacking slightly, but perfectly cooked burger. Our apps were amazing, the octopus was cooked perfectly and the poutine fries hitthe spot. Drinks were decent - very very strong. The atmosphere was great and they played great music - wouldn't definitely goback. Read more

Sadly, from the moment we walked in the wait staff was rude and unpleasant as we got seated. For the first 15 minutes we were... totally ignored even though there was a table being helped right across from us. The food here was the only saving grace here,but that alone couldn’t compensate from how sour our experience was. The Bloody Mary was really quite good and the Frenchonion soup was a great balance, not too salty, perfectly cheesy bowl. It’s a bummer because we definitely will not be comingback. Read more
Absolutely excellent brunch on Sunday. Broad selection, a cozy and fun environment, and outstanding service (exceptionally... helpful & friendly). The huevos rancheros was excellent, some of the best I've had. My new favorite brunch spot in the area! Highly recommend. Read more
We sat down and got seated immediately, there was only a few other people there. Ordered our food and sat for an hour before it... came out. Never received bread like other customers in previous reviews. Ordered Mac and Cheese as an appetizer, and it came outwith our food. NY Strip was ordered medium well, and it came out well. NY Strip didn't look like any other NY strip I have seen.Mashed potatoes were cold and undercooked. My bf gets an allergic reaction to raw fruits and veggies, which he experienced aftereating the mashed potatoes. Fried Chicken was completely dry. I needed a side of sauce to dip it in so I could chew it. I'venever even overcooked chicken like that at home. Waitress didn't really pay much attention to us. I had to ask for drinkrefills. Then my bf ran out to pay the meter and all of a sudden there were all the waitresses. Maybe they thought we were goingto run out and not pay? I would have loved to give this place a good review because of the pictures from other reviews, butafter this whole experience, I don't think I'll be back to this restaurant again. 75$ for a total letdown. Actually Mac andcheese was the only thing we enjoyed but couldn't even eat it all while we were there because it came out with our meals and hadto leave to pay our meter because the food again took an hour with barely any customers, I'd hate to see them on a busy day.
