Service: Andrew was our server, prompt, attentive, couldn't ask for better. Food: The apple cider mimosa was so good we ordered... a second round before we even finished the first. I had the buttermilk chicken which was cooked to perfection, juicy, crispy. Ambience: The views were top notch, refer to the pictures. Needless to say we will definitely be back. Read more

We do want to love The Deck, truly! It’s convenient to the theater, great views, and wonderful cocktails! If you’re looking... for a bad attitude and snarky replies to questions, the host is your guy. We nearly left after our interaction with him. (Wekeep trying to LOVE The Deck, but it’s getting difficult). The current menu is really small, and makes pairing a main coursewith a salad really difficult. Loved our chicken and hummus! Salmon was too salty and dry. Cheese plate was nice, but there waswaxy cheese rind on 1/4 of the selection. A rushed prep chef? Great cocktails! Bartender was terrific! Overall, cut the badattitude and bring back the original chef and menu. Read more

Beautiful view and friendly service (our waitress was Amy - nice and professional). Drinks were on point with healthy selections... of beer, wine, and cocktails. My favorite was the apple cider mimosa, but the foods wasn’t matching our previous diningexperience here. We had a plate of hummus for apps, kale salad, friend chicken, burger and pork cutlet. Hummus and burger weredelicious. Fried chicken had yummy breading but was dry like cardboard. Pork cutlet was hammered thin and overcooked as well. The only thing that was cooked perfectly on the plate was the actual French fries. I hope they make correction on their dishessoon to ensure consistency through the whole menu, otherwise we won’t be back. Read more

I only had a desert, so I can only speak on that. It was very well crafted and filled many spectrums of my pallete. The foods... high prices brings my review down, but the respectfullness and charm of my waitstaff experience (especially server Alex) bringsit back up to a four. Read more

Gorgeous setting right on the river. Unfortunately the food doesn’t match. I know they have a new chef, but honestly this... was one of our least enjoyable meals in New Hope. How do you call a small serving of three average cold cuts with a side ofmustard and 4 tiny mini toasted and tasteless bread things a charcuterie board? My fried chicken was on the rubbery side andapart from whatever they used for the batter the chicken itself was not seasoned. So somewhat flavorless. My husband had thesalmon which he thought that was ok. Though the orzo was so over cooked it was practically mush. On the other hand, ourwaitress and overall service was lovely. Hopefully this review and the others will help them figure things out. As it would benice to eat here pre theater. Sadly, for now, we will not be returning. Read more

We had been here for my husbands birthday in June of 2021 and loved it so much that we decided to return today. We saw that the... restaurant had a new chef and menu. The interior was beautiful and elegantly decorated. The atmosphere and ambiance was a 10/10.The cocktails were superb and appropriately priced for the atmosphere and location. The wine was slightly overpriced. One glassaveraged between $12-$15. Our waitress was wonderful and she was extremely attentive and kind. Where we were disappointed was inthe food. The menu is extremely limited and overpriced for what you get. Our food was slightly cold upon receipt. My husbandsburger was only offered at a well done and medium rare option, no in between. My sister had the salmon and the risotto side waschunky and slightly cold. I ordered the squid ink pasta and shrimp; while it was very filling, the rock shrimp breading wassoggy and the dish lacked flavor. There wasn’t a disguising taste or flavor throughout the meal. For a meal that cost almost$30, I expected to taste some salt or garlic. The menu under the previous chef had very diverse options and would’ve broughtus back more than this menu. Read more

A quiet casual Thursday afternoon, not many people here... The bartender stoped by at least 6 times during my first glass of... champagne. By the time I was just barely under half finished he asked if I was ready for another glass. I told him veryclearly that I'd be up for another AFTER I was finished with my current glass. Once I got my second glass -- which literallycame the second I put down my first glass -- he asked me almost immediately if I wanted anything more. I said no because nowI'm rather annoyed sitting at this lovely relaxing place with this guy ruining it. He then immediately asked if I wanted thecheck. I just got a full glass of wine and am trying to enjoy a relaxing afternoon looking at the river! I couldn't relaxhere, pity, it's beautiful. Read more
