The service was awful. The girl at the register didn?t get my order right and when a second barista came over to help neither... could she. I wanted a cappuccino and I got a latte with cold foam and not the oat milk I wanted which I mentioned multipletimes. When I said it was the wrong order they responded very unprofessionally and continued to reject my complaint. thecustomer is always right and their needs should be tailored to by any means. I didn?t get a recovery card which Starbucksstores are supposed to give when the customer is unsatisfied. Horrible service. Read more
This Starbucks fits right into the New Hope atmosphere and is in a cool building. It can be a very busy place so you have to be... patinet sometimes. There is a room around the corner to sit so don't be fooled by the 2 tables in front. Also a great porch tohang on too. Read more
the only downside for me is the the lack of updating the Starbucks App to the in-store items available.
